The Directorate of Mines & Geology (DMG) requires AIS140 VLTD/GPS on all mining transport vehicles. ELECTROSOL is a registered DMG vendor providing approved devices and integration with site weighbridges to produce ERawanna records.

How it Works — From Vehicle to ERawanna
- Device Installed — iTriangle BHARAT101 is installed on the vehicle, connecting to ignition, CAN/IO and fuel sensors where required.
- Weighbridge Link — At site, the device pairs with the weighbridge. A verified weigh event triggers an ERawanna creation workflow.
- Real-time Telemetry — Location, speed, driver events and sensor data stream to the cloud with secure eSIM connectivity.
- Compliance Record — When a vehicle reaches the weighbridge, ERawanna is generated and stored for DMG audit and chain-of-custody verification.
This flow ensures tamper-resistant tracking, compliance with DMG rules, and automated documentation for each mineral transport trip.
